refactor(cockpit): 当前事件列表先分页再格式化展示行

依据本机算法优化实施票110：保留全量筛选与计数，完整展示行只投影当前页。真实公共入口红绿1000到10；21项回归及4200组完整输出对照通过。测试与证据按仓库规则留在本地，不宣称整机帧率收益。
