refactor(infrared): 优化电量统计逻辑,支持电表复位处理

- 重构 getDailyAndTotalElectricityAsMap 方法,优化数据查询和处理逻辑
-增加电表复位检测和处理,确保当日用电量计算准确
- 优化公司信息查询,解决 N+1 查询问题- 添加复位标记,方便前端展示
